Though it is not our first time to eat in Paotsin. I decided to give it a rating since we always eat here (whenever we ran out of budget ^^).
Our favorite here is Sharksfin (which I think is their best-seller) serves with Hainanese rice. It is paired with a sauce that tastes like soda. The taste is okay though it really taste like a well-preserved chinese street food. But nevertheless, I and we still love to eat this often. So our rating is...
