That bouncy-looking mouth-watering green jelly is matcha topped with green tea powder, whip cream and red-bean paste. If you are a matchaholic or a matchanatic like me, you're gonna love this. This Green Tea Jelly by Tempura Japanese Grill located at Festival Mall, Alabang, has an equal pulse of sweetness and a hint of bitterness from the tea that would make you want some more. Very simple, yet addicting dessert. Delectable indeed (and my tummy would agree). If I would choose one comfort food right now, that would be this piece of heaven. And I guess, you won't be surprised if I'd rate it...
